Construction Phase

Provide proactive project management

Schedule and attend Progress Meetings
Develop/monitor system of cost control and revise as needed
Develop, implement and manage Change Order process
Practice safety program and operational procedures

Coordinate/schedule/monitor Subcontractor's activities
