As part of their daily activities the project managers shall perform:
Quantity take-offs and estimating Contract negotiations and administration with Owners Negotiating, writing and administering trade subcontracts Preparation of pre-construction and construction schedules and updates Coordinating trade contractors Tracking project budgets, reviewing job costs, and preparing requisitions to Owners Interacting with Owners, Architects, Subcontractors Ordering bonds and insurance Computerizing payment requests
